Ho'oponopono

The Hawaiians have a very beautiful practice called spiritual practice called Ho'oponopono. The basics of a modern version by Dr. Len who created Self I-Dentity Through Ho’oponopono (SITH) seem to be very simple but powerful.

1. Take complete responsibility for the fact that EVERY experience that comes in to your life is there because you created it.

2. State the following 4 affirmations over and over until you feel better:
I love you
I’m sorry Please forgive me
Thank you

3. This is known as cleaning: Do it whenever you are thinking. Less thinking, more cleaning.

If you want complexity, you will never see simplicity.

Who Are You?

If you do not have a goal, how are you going to get there?

What are your goals?

Create them.

You are the GOD you pray to in the night powerless and afraid.

Dreams and Goal Sharing

When sharing dreams and goals, often times we face ridicule and criticism from those who supposedly love us the most. It is in times like these it helps to remember that our dreams are unique to us and as different from others as our eye pattern or thumbprint. That one eye doesn't look like another, doesn't make it any less or any more beautiful. The beauty can be found in the uniqueness itself, not in its comparison to others.  It is not necessary for others to dream the same as us, or have the same goals, because we are all individual manifestations of the great creator and possess all approval within the thought of the creation. It is only our ego that seeks confirmation from others . The Self does not need or desire such approval.

Going back to basics

So an old martial arts teacher always emphasized the basics. A firm foundation is always worthy of falling back on. They work the best, because they represent you at your best.

Lester Levenson always said look for simplicity. If you want complexity, you will never see the simplicity.

I'm going back to basics and simplicity.

Going back to "It Works" It is simple, basic, and it works.

Going back to writing do list. If I have a list because, things gets done and done efficiently.

Going back to releasing. It's simple, if you keep it that way.

Focusing

Winter is upon us. Time to focus again. Many things on the horizon. Utilizing what I have learned over 2 decades.
