Messages of Releasing
Messages of releasing are appearing everywhere. Twice in the same week I have received messages of using the Peruvian medicine Ayahausca and how it assist the user in releasing negativity.
Goals and Willpower
It is important that your goals are truly a reflection of what you wish to allow in your life. This will assist you in having the willpower to release, instead of turning towards your habitual tools of suppression. Keep your goals where you can see them. Keep them on anything that you use for suppression, entertainment or distraction. Maybe a list on your cellphone, TV, computer, and/ or current reading material. This will assist in your releasing, manifesting your goals, and going free. Remember, the way we accomplish 1 thing is the way we tend to accomplish everything.

Releasing on Goals

Physical manifestation of releasing I suppose. Is that W/C, W/A, W/S?

stumbling blocks along the path...
1. Even when releasing, stuff the ego considers negative still happens. This should be expected, because I'm not fully released, and therefore in the cycle of karma. I found this discouraging at first, but all one must do is release the feelings around the disappointment and keep going.
2. I find it hard to be consistent. The key to consistency is remembering the first step. You must want freedom more than you want anything else. You must see everything else as the illusion it is, and seek what is real, timeless, true.
3. This is a very lonely path to my ego. There are few egos that are willing to look at it, and see the simplicity and the value, and even fewer that will walk this path to freedom. Once again, I have found it is important to keep the first step at the forefront.
Love,
Akin
