- Fifteen years ago, while on a 6-month trip to Egypt and Israel, Akin Phoenix had a spiritual awakening. He came to know that humanity and nature are one, and that his truth was broader and deeper than he had ever dreamed it was. Akin has practiced core shamanism, having performed his first soul retrieval 8 years ago. He has spent the most recent 4 years apprenticed to a Peruvian Shaman who directed him to spread the work. His path has been varied, having studied the Kabala, Koran, Bible and many esoteric writings and practices. He brings the guidance of his healer and warrior ancestors, spiritual teachers and guides to instruct others in the manifestation of balance, love, joy and abundance.
