Why look out there?

There is nothing out there but our being-ness!

Kinesthetic Releasing

So they say that releasing on the three wants is the most advanced way of releasing, but I have found better results with a combination of releasing the wants and kinetic releasing or letting go of the energy in the stomach or chest area.

It seems like I get a more complete release, and better results.

Did some of the "What am I?" meditation yesterday...whewwww!

Releasing on Goals

Started releasing on my goals again today. Had the 'body' reactions as usual, when starting releasing after taking some days, okay...some weeks off.

eyes watering

yawning

running nose

Physical manifestation of releasing I suppose. Is that W/C, W/A, W/S?

Nothing to do, but to do it!

I think I have listened or read parts or whole editions of everything Lester Levenson has in print, video, or audio. The message is the same.

KISS-Keep It Simple Sweetheart

Follow the six steps.

The mind, of course wants us to keep on searching as if there is another answer somewhere.

Boredom

Okay...so apathy sometimes comes from not getting our way. Things, events, etc, are not going the way we think they should, so we become apathetic. We supress our feelings. Then we say we are bored. We then further suppress our feelings with distractions, and call it entertainment or being social.

stumbling blocks along the path...

So lately I've been really working the Sedona method diligently. I had some blocks along the way.

1. Even when releasing, stuff the ego considers negative still happens. This should be expected, because I'm not fully released, and therefore in the cycle of karma. I found this discouraging at first, but all one must do is release the feelings around the disappointment and keep going.

2. I find it hard to be consistent. The key to consistency is remembering the first step. You must want freedom more than you want anything else. You must see everything else as the illusion it is, and seek what is real, timeless, true.

3. This is a very lonely path to my ego. There are few egos that are willing to look at it, and see the simplicity and the value, and even fewer that will walk this path to freedom. Once again, I have found it is important to keep the first step at the forefront.

Akin

Teaching...

Well..I think I have taught my last shamanic class for a while. I have found that many people just want to dabble in spirituality to see what suits them, which is fine. We will all end up at the same place, even if it takes us a million years or more. The problem with teaching too much, is that the student gets to the point where they must walk the path themselves. You can only point them in the direction. The other issue is it is very hard to point, and follow the path at the same time. So, that phase is being deleted for now. I will spend a lot more time blissfully walking.
